Joseph Hann

Joseph graduated from the University of Dundee with a Bachelor of Laws in 1999, and received his Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2000. Joseph was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in December 2001. He lectured at Dundee College of Further Education in Law and Public Administration before becoming a local authority lawyer and providing legal advice on housing law and mental health legislation. As a result of his tenure in local government and the private sector, Joseph has extensive litigation experience.

Joseph has also tutored post graduates law students at the University of Dundee on aspects of housing law and antisocial behaviour orders, and was an instructor in the training of Mental Health Officers in Tayside on the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, on the application of Guardianship and Intervention Orders.
